Export a Page

Steps

To export a Page:

  1. View that Page.
  2. Click on the "More Actions" menu.
  3. Select "Export" from the "Actions" section.

  4. Select the format in which you want to export the Page. By default you'll see the PDF and HTML formats.

  5. Select the Pages to export using the Export modal:
    • Use the "all/none" to select/deselect, or use the box with the Tick icon:

    • If the Page/s you want to export include extension Pages, it is useful to use the "Select from" dropdown described in the Export modal Page.
  6. If you selected the PDF format, configure the PDF export modal options.
  7. Click "Export" to export in the selected format, or "Cancel" to discard.

FAQ

Can I preview how a page will look before exporting it for printing?

You can use the "Print Preview" option from the More Action menu to see how the Page/s would be formatted before exporting them to the printer.

Why can’t I select the option to export Pages to PDF from my browser?

If you don't see the option to export in PDF format, it could be because your administrator has not configured a list of templates that enables the browser-based PDF export feature.  

Why can't I select the option to export Pages to ODT or RTF formats?

If you don't see the option to export in ODT or RTF format, it could be because your administrator has not connected to an internal Office Server or connected to an external Office Server. Once the server is configured, you will be able to export content in ODT or RTF format.

Why can't I export Pages in XAR format?

Only administrators can export in XAR format, regular users don't have access to this option.
