Steps

To pin (or unpin) Pages, so that they come first in the navigation instead of in alphabetical order:

1. Administer your Wiki, or administer the Page whose children you want to pin.
2. Select "Look & Feel", and then select "Pinned Pages" from the dropdown.

   

3. Click inside the box to open the dropdown, then select a Page from the list to pin it.

   

4. Drag and drop the Pages inside the box to change the order they are pinned in, or delete one from the box to unpin it.
5. Click "Save".
6. Notice that the pinned Pages now come first in the navigation, in the order you set.

   

FAQ

How can I move Pages in the list of Pinned Pages?

Use the Left and Right arrow keys to move the caret through the list, and Backspace or Delete to remove the Page it is on.

Is pinning only for administrators?

No, users can also pin children Pages from a different UI.

What's the difference between pinning from "Administer your Wiki" and "Administer the Page"?

From the Wiki Administration you can pin or unpin top-level Pages in the wiki, while from administering the Page you can pin or unpin child Pages of that Page.
