Dependency removal for XWiki backend

The XWiki Backend has been updated to use new XWiki REST APIs introduced in version 18.2.0. As such, this version is now a requirement, but on the other hand there is no longer a need to install the Cristal Integration - REST Server extension. Going forward, it will no longer be a part of Cristal Integration.
